Scott practices in the areas
of business, real estate, and dispute resolution assisting
a variety of types of clients – from
the individual and small business owner to the corporate client
conducting operations nationally. Scott focuses on providing
clients with courteous, professional & cost-effective legal
representation.
Scott joined Mallon & Lonnquist
in 2005 – first
as a law clerk while a law student – and then as
an attorney following graduation.
Before joining Mallon & Lonnquist,
Scott served for seven years as an officer in the United States
Marine Corps where he piloted the F/A-18 Hornet domestically
and abroad. Scott
is also qualified to land fighter jets on aircraft carriers
and has logged carrier-arrested landings aboard USS Lincoln
(CVN 72) and USS Enterprise (CVN 65). Scott maintains
an FAA commercial pilot’s license with multi-engine and
instrument ratings.
Scott is married to the former
Angela K. Lipham of Lakeland, Florida. The couple is raising two children – Bryce
and Breyann.
